1. How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice:

  • Signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of the person authorized to act on your behalf).

3. What Happens After Submission:

Upon receipt of a valid Copyright Infringement Notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing content in accordance with the law. We may also notify the user who posted the content, providing them with the opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure:

If you believe that the content was removed in error or that you have the right to use the content, you can submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must contain the following:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the website prior to removal.

  • Your contact information (full name, address, telephone number, and email address).

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

  • Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in the district where you reside, or where MarathiKavya.org is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original Copyright Infringement Notice.

  • Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
